1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ReRight (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”), including but not limited to property listing descriptions, marketing content, email copy, and social media content.
By commissioning any service from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Services
ReRight provides content creation services specifically for the property and estate agency sector. Our services may include:
Property listing descriptions
Social media captions
Email marketing copy
General written marketing content
Editing and refinement of existing content
Content packages and monthly plans (where applicable)
We provide written content only. We are not responsible for photography, videography, valuations, compliance checks, legal statements, or estate agency advice.
A “content unit” represents one individual piece of content. Short email campaigns (up to 3 emails) are treated as two content units.
3. Client Responsibilities
By working with ReRight, you agree that:
You have permission to share property information, property data and images with us.
All information you provide is accurate and legal to use.
You will check all final content before publishing it.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, industry regulations and advertising standards when publishing content (see Section 9).
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed on our website or agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payment is due at the time of booking, unless a monthly plan or invoice agreement has been arranged.
Monthly clients will be invoiced in advance for upcoming work.
Work will not be delivered until payment is received (unless otherwise agreed).
Late Payments
Outstanding invoices over 14 days late may incur a late fee of 5% of the invoice total per 7-day period.
ReRight reserves the right to pause work until payment is received.
5. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are outlined on the website or as agreed beforehand.
Typical turnaround options include:
Standard Delivery (48 hours)
Priority Delivery (24 hours) – additional fee
Turnaround time begins only when all required property details and information have been received.
Delays in receiving property data, images, links, or instructions may extend delivery time.
6. Revisions & Edits
Your service includes one round of edits per piece of content, if requested within 3 working days of delivery.
Additional revisions will be charged at our standard editing rate or priced individually.
Edits requested to correct information you originally provided incorrectly will incur additional costs.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If work has not yet begun and you request a cancellation, we may, at our discretion, provide a partial refund or credit.
8. Ownership & Usage
Full rights to use, publish, and modify the content transfer to you only once full payment has been received.
Until payment is received, all content remains the intellectual property of ReRight and may not be published or used in any form.
ReRight reserves the right to display anonymised samples of work for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Legal & Compliance Disclaimer
ReRight provides marketing copywriting only. We are not responsible for:
Legal compliance
Accuracy of data you supply
Misleading claims unknowingly based on incorrect information you provide
EPC ratings, measurements, valuations, or legal property status
Misrepresentation caused by incorrect or withheld information from your agency
You must ensure that all published content complies with:
UK ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) rules
CPRs (Consumer Protection Regulations)
Estate agency legislation and guidelines
We strongly recommend that all content is checked by your team before publication.
10. Data Protection & Confidentiality
ReRight will never share or sell client data.
All information provided is treated as confidential and used solely for content creation.
Data may be stored securely using cloud storage providers (such as OneDrive or Google Drive).
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share photos, floorplans, and content with us.
11. Limitation of Liability
ReRight is not liable for:
Loss of earnings, opportunities, or business linked to published content.
Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the client.
Legal complaints or penalties arising from published property information or claims.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.
12. Termination of Service
ReRight may suspend or terminate services at any time if:
Payment terms are not met
Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct occurs
We believe a client is publishing misleading, unlawful, or harmful content
13. Changes to Terms
ReRight reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
